In Language Arts we inspire our students go beyond just exploring various topics by taking insights from a variety of relevant disciplines, synthesising their contribution to understanding, and then integrating these ideas into a more complete and coherent framework.
GUIDED DISCOVERY
Our goal is to create a learning environment where students are actively participating in discovering knowledge. By exploring certain concepts and ideas on their own, the students engage in deep learning that has its basis in fundamental understanding and often arises from viewing a problem from multiple perspectives..
CRITICAL THINKING
In our English language courses we empower our students to question ideas and assumptions rather than accepting them at face value. By developing their critical thinking skills ours students become confident and active learners who easily engage in reflective and independent thinking.
